I don't want to go off on the abbott issues. There is a lot of good that was 
the spirit of the 
original decision. The fact that the decision has become a bonanza for the 
legal system is 
a disgrace.

What needs to done in Asbury and elsewhere, is to coordinate all these 
different programs 
from non-profits. There are cases where people abuse the assistance that is 
there - 
collecting from more then one charity or provider. That bugs the heck out of 
me.  I was 
was offered a job at a non-profit  - that I turned down. I coudldn't just "go 
along" . 

IfI there are 20 various groups or more or less I don't know - but maybe stick 
them all in 
one building. I know each one has a different goal or purpose based on need, 
religion etc. 
But if you add up ALL the monies that are allocated for assistance in one SMALL 
city...
