Yea - look across the harbor. someone realized that new york is 10 minutes 
away. It did 
happen in 1985. All my friends rented these giant warehouse apartments - 
unfinished. Put 
up basketball courts etc. A couole guys bought a dive bar. 

Me, in 1985 I got married.

There was another guy in the 80's who started in hoboken - Dean Geibel. It was 
an 
opportunity to take  - a risk.

Also, hobo has business, new and renovated housing, is MINUTES not hours from 
NYC, a 
commuter dream and MONEY MONEY MONEY. 
Those damn young and old carpetbaggers.

If you collect taxes, have a tax base - you don't need STATE and FED funds to 
run a school 
system.
