Yea - look across the harbor. someone realized that new york is 10 minutes away. It did happen in 1985. All my friends rented these giant warehouse apartments - unfinished. Put up basketball courts etc. A couole guys bought a dive bar. Me, in 1985 I got married. There was another guy in the 80's who started in hoboken - Dean Geibel. It was an opportunity to take - a risk. Also, hobo has business, new and renovated housing, is MINUTES not hours from NYC, a commuter dream and MONEY MONEY MONEY. Those damn young and old carpetbaggers. If you collect taxes, have a tax base - you don't need STATE and FED funds to run a school system. Yahoo!
