Remembering also that history is also one of AP's biggest assets. 
So, after some of the main buildings (except the casino project, as 
that is huge and will likely be on a slower track) are restored and 
being used to generate $$, then focus can be shifted to rebuilding 
history, one project at a time. Rebuilding the ferris wheel, sky 
ride, rollar coaster... Bringing back the swans... Rebuilding the 
natatorium as a health club/beach club.... 

These projects could also be licensed out to others/investers. M&M 
does not even have to take on all of these things itself.
