Money. Yes, it's all about money, A mini golf cost money, A pool cost money. A
new roof
on CH and the casino cost money, paving cost money.
Somehow, it has to be recouped by the one doing the work. It;s called profit -
the reward
for the idea and the MONEY and listening to the armchair qb's.
Anyone notice the sign off the circle as you come onto Asbury Ave - "Coastal
Activity
Center" - looks like a county park sign about 8" x11".
