Think of closing it for certain (most) hours to convert it to
pedestrian mall. Repave street with paving stones or belgian blocks.
Run a fake trolley up and down the street. Not Town Square but a
Festival Place. What's that one they did in West Palm Beach a few
years ago? Very successful. Condos sprang up around it.Upper floors
all occupied by commercial.
