i hear you. i know asbury will be successful (barring any kooky
economic blowout in monmouth county) people love this place and i
imagine mattison marquette knows how to make money. whether it gets
made for the greater good is up for grabs but thats another issue.
anyone who is still reluctant to come to ap will not be persuaded by
any coaxing or crafty marketing. and if a bad experience with a
meter/parking stops them, i wouldn't want anyone to have to wait on
them anyway. i think there are more towns than ap and rb where you
ahve to pay and it is cheap here. the 2 am rule seems a little greedy
and if i am not mistaken, you could have to get up in the middle of
dinner to meter feed?
i just don't think asbury needs to kiss ass to get people to come here.
provide great food music and a safe beach of course, but it doesn't
need to "feel" like it needs to beg for customers. just give good
service. some great NYC dj's would be amazing as well.
