Thank you for the reply, That particular Council Meeting was the first
I had attended after being in jail. "The Shining" came to mind as in
"Heeere's Johnny" in the axe through the door scene.

The 'deer-caught-in-headlights' look displayed by our leaders is all
too familiar. They never address my questions and seem to breath a
sigh of relief at he 3 minute buzzer.

I've been degenerated from a respected Public Official to losing
everything I have worked 30 years for. Whats that line... "Absolute
power corrupts absolutely"...

Bad lighting and Light pollution are among the easiest and most cost
effective problems to fix. Lets see if we can make Asbury Park better.
