Carousel in Carousel house, Pony stays part of larger development (entrance to
music museum) but no outdoor performance there if you are building residential.
Outdoor performance on old Casino pier. Long Branch has nothing like Jones
Beach Theatre. We should be so lucky for that to be done.

What most of you do not realize is that Partners has the right to build what is
in the plan already. It is being looked at to make it better but Partners can
say no.

And as to the issue of developer centric, see above. Also, assuming you were
starting from scratch, you could make a plan that np one would build. But
remember, they have the right to build what is already planned for.

So that are the circumstances the committee worked under.

Make it too restrictive, Partners says no and plan stays like it is.

Personally I would never have planned for 3000+ units but that is water under
the bridge. The horse has left the barn. There are those that will still want
to remain in the past and discuss what cannot be changed. For my part I want to
move on and make changes for the better where they can be done.

Quite frankly I would be happy if we had two blocks of parkland bordering the
beach and no development.
