Council Meeting to create a Dog Park in a portion of Library Square Park
located
at Asbury, Grand & 1st Avenues and Heck Street. Local resident Rachel
Hirschfeld, one of Asbury Park's great dog ambassadors, made the presentation.
The City Council passed a resolution to try it out. Only in Asbury Park!
