whao, rajiv-da. that is damning an awful lot of people. are most
of those who have stayed back in assam -- either by choice or lack
thereof -- failures? i suggest you dont take this line of argument
too far.
are you absolutely certain bordoloi is posting from assam, and not
from the us itself?
