While I understand this is "my" unification, I also recall reading this in your response to one of Ram's mails:
>>magazines
>WE DO NOT WANT TO DISSOLVE THE TWO ONGOING MEGAZINES
INTO ONE AND SAVE MONEY. THAT IS A NO NO.
BOTH 'OXOMI' AND 'LUITOR PORA MISISIPI' ARE DOING FINE.
LET US NOT TRY TO DISTURB THE CREATIONS.</P>

Alpana:
I don't think I am saying anything different. 'Luitor Pora Misispi' should remain same as far as its Editors, format, Betupat, publication etc are concerned. Only suggestion is that instead of only AANA bearing the cost (as is being done now), ASA also should bear the cost of this Oxom Xahityo Xobha megazine since all the ASA members will be Oxom Xahitya Xobha members (hope that the orgs will vote for it) and they should have their copies too.
There itself you got your 'unification'.
Any other suggestions?

>Also our proposal is that the magazine 'Luitor Pora Misisipi' (an organ of Oxom Xahityo >Xobha) should be jointly published by both AANA and ASA (keeping the same name) so >that the cost can be shared and the magazine can be made available to the entire community >members.
Didn't you just say the other day that this is big 'no no, let it flow as it is..' or something to that effect and that too in Assam Net? Why is this sudden change?
