I respectfully disagree with A kalam.I simply can't swallow the fact that the corruption is just a function of morality.Let there be no one in any doubt that the parents can instill a sense of value; but the character flaw by itself cannot be the prime cause of corruption.Had that been the truth,we would have found the same " kharkhuwas" in the USA to be especially corrupt." How is that the same mothers,fathers and teachers,who have seemingly failed in Assam,appear to have not done a terribly bad job when their children land in the US ?
