Dear Santanu,
What I read from your mail, we do not seem to be ploes apart in our outlook. I think revolution can not be limited to armed struggle or struggle for independance only. Can't we hope for a revolution to change the outlook of common people of Assam in the way they look at life?Why are you saying it is barely possible? I think it is possible. We might differ on the ways to achieve. But, you know Santanu, half the problems will be solved once the Assamese people decides to come out in the open and take on with the other compatriot indians with a competitive mind. When states like kerala, tamilnadu, A.P can do it, why not us? Already things are moving positively. What we need is a positive frame of mind and real hard work. Will write more about it in future.
