Thunderbird does, as long as the industrt standard (right) delimiter (-- 
, aka, dash-dash-space on a single line) is used to separate the sig 
from the content.

Of course, top-posting breaks this functionality as well (unless the 
user keeps their sig at the bottom, which no one who top-posts does).
