I've been using voip for my main home phone for about 6 months now. It's fairly reliable, the only time it fails is when the ATA needs to be rebooted. I run an asterisk server at home which I'd like to get rid of, which is why I ask about acanac -- I'd like voip service with all the features. My current voip service is just a bare minimum DID.
Is it reliable enough for full time phone usage with a QoS router?
