Ok, yes, I have heard that about the Handytones. Grandstream has a nice ata (HT503) router/ata, but they refuse to release the GPL source and changes they use... That's *exactly* what I'm planning; I have a colocated server at the end of my DSL provider's pipe which is my asterisk box, and I'd like the house to not need anything like that.
