You may also want to force the phone into recovery mode and reload the
firmware from scratch - I had an issue with an Aastra that this
procedure fixed.
I think you can force recovery mode by holding the 1 and # keys during a
start.
You will then need a local tftp server with the firmware in order to get
it operational again.
