I tried swapping the power supplies, but that didn't make a difference. As I mentioned originally, there is no crash log. The watchdog is enabled, but the phone doesn't produce anything.
I'll try to force recovery mode next time I'm on site, and let everyone know if that worked. Thanks for the suggestions!
