We use it in one of our products, but it's customized for our software, 
so unfortunately I can't give it out (nor would it work for you). But it 
does work well, and it integrates fine into astlinux. We did run into a 
few issues with 64bit OSs and Vista security, but those eventually got 
ironed out. There are a bunch of freeware implementations out there that 
should work for you. It's a pretty straightforward application. It takes 
parameters from Outlook and it's configuration and connects to the AMI 
socket and issues commands based on those parameters to initiate a phone 
call to your phone, and once you answer, to bridge it to call the number 
you specified.
