After your toolchain/build completes, run:

./makerunnix.sh -A X Y Z

to build an image you can then dd onto your flash.

X is the size in MB of your entire flash (emulation tends to make this slightly 
shorter than what you think... for instance a 4GB flash might only have 3.8GB 
of sectors after emulation)

Y is the size of the VFAT boot partition... I use 192M

Z is the size of the (optional, per the -A flag) ASTURW partition.  Make this 
1GB or bigger.  You can use all the remaining space if you want.
