At the moment there is no volunteer Breton translator.
If one surfaces, it is for them to decide whether they will do that.
(percentage complete will depend on percentage of items translated into
Breton).
Hi, do you mean that it's the translator(s) who decides which language

Sadly there's few chances that somebody takes the burden: there was an
organization doing translations for software in the golden beginning of
the 2000s. After my previous mail, I've searched for it on the Web and
found it. It seems to be discontinued. Additionally, I guess that the
missing parts are very audio-editing-specific words that doesn't exist
in Breton yet and thus new maintainers will need to be skilled
linguistic specialists(like there was some in the former organization)
