It would be nice if at a high level, Dormanoid got a Dormanoid-only move. Let's call it Unbind.
1 use point, acts as a self-buff. Raises attack by three stages and speed by two stages.
Yes, I know this might give it a chance to utterly wreck teams, but the idea is that you put it on a fairly average-stat undead type, at a fairly high level, so it's not as if a level 28 Dormanoid in Tangerian Tower is going to waste the entire game's storyline with it. Plus it fitts very nicely with the lore from its manapedia entry.
And before you howl on how broken it is, remember that you can only use it once every second round, and every second round you'd need to use a skill drink to replenish its use points, and if you did that, you could still only use it twice before your attack maxed out. So at the end of turn 3 (at which point you've taken three hits and haven't been able to heal, I might add), you have attack +6 and speed +4. Something with H one Blade could have attack +6 with no speed boosts, or they could have attack +4 speed +2 with Hone Blade+Rev Up, and of course their speed will keep going up. So yes, this would make him a pretty big beast, but it would also mean you need skill drinks. So in an online fight, actually, where you can't use items on your manamon, it's a very niche thing. You have to survive at least one hit to get going, and even then you have to have moves with enough effect points to rip your foe apart.
Unbind would make Dormanoid from a loser into a strong threat, but it wouldn't dominate outright. Believe me, I did think this through. Haha.
