People are lazy, made even lazier when they started with a CHM to deliver everything they'll ever need to get started.
Taken out of context I'll admit, but they're also made even more lazy by the fact that they have instant, context menu access to the compiler, free of charge. Python, as Carter points out, is fairly simple to set up for those willing to learn, but that's where these cloners fall short. IF they had to actually take the time to figure stuff out, you better believe most would give up, particularly when English is not their first language, and let's not even begin to wonder how god-awful an auto-translated Python jumpstart would be, unless of course they found one in their native tongue. Even then they'd need some more patience than they let on.
