ah so you are saying then that although those games being refered in here are not exactly similar to each other, the matterial or in this case, the code used in those games belongs to another? If the answer to this question is yes, still, the answer is the same, SA is not a clone. However, if your accusation that the code he use on SA belongs to another is true and that he fails to acknowledge the original owner of those codes, then we can say that he is wrong on that regard. But as far as the product that he produce from those code are not exactly similar to any game such as this RS, then we can say that SA is not a clone.
