I think you can use Acid Rain, though I could be wrong. I've really never bothered with weather moves except for a periodic Sunshine Song on Lantlare. Sunshine Song is probably the best of the weather moves, if only because it's commonly found on fire types and actually helps them survive against water attacks a bit.
