I agree with GCW and Defender here.
I think Tunmi will only really learn if he faces the full consequences of his behavior.
I also doubt this game would stay up for long anyway, so I don't know if this project would even be worth it.
I also think that you can't really prevent people from lying and smuggling in sounds they stole themselves.
So I think this project is hopeless.
