NVDA does work with the mouse, and speaks things, but Supernova family of products, is the only AT product line, which lets you scroll the mouse like that using the keyboard. Very neat and awesome feature! Not even Jaws got that feature.
Window-Eyes also lets you move the physical mouse around, and it speaks things. In fact, I do believe it was the first! Or was Supernova first?
