+1.  The absolute volume level of sweep measurements doesn't matter very
much, as long as the signal doesn't get lost in background noise.  The
relative levels don't matter much either, since each channel is
equalized separately later whatever the absolute level of the measured
sweep.

The biggest thing to beware of with sweep measurements is that the
extended high trebles can damage tweeters.  I've not seen it happen but
sure it wouldn't be pleasant if it did.  Soe: play the pink noise first
and adjust all the gains so the noise is at a comfortable (not
very-loud) listening level.
