You are assuming people on these forums who disagree with you are not
"experienced, serious audiophiles" which would be incorrect. 

I would expect most people here are like me ,with 30+ years in this
pursuit.

Quite enough time to develop a healthy skepticism.

BTW, weren't you leaving?
