Hi Phil,

I've been following this thread and wondering when someone was going to
come up with a working solution since I had no idea what to do. I
figured that the problem would be solved within a day or two (it took
all of one day) and that Phil Leigh would be the one to figure it all
out. So while I don't want to have your babies (my two lovely daughters
are quite enough, thank you) I would just like to say that you, Mr.
Leigh, are a true treasure and one of several wonderful people around
this forum who make this forum one of the best forums I've ever seen.
