1) the Touch CAN sound better into a DAC than a Duet - whether or not
it DOES  will depend on the DAC. As for "significantly" - that's a
personal judgement; I would say the improvement possible with a Touch
is noticeable but not life-changing.

2) Streaming FLAC or WAV (yuck) over G is not a problem. N is not
necessary for audio streaming.
You can stream multiple parallel flac streams over G.
