A couple of things: 1) that version of plugin.pm I posted always sets everything to 16-bit. This isn't causing your problem, but I thought you ought to know... If you are happy to edit plugin.pm in wordpad you need to add "-b 24" after the "-C 0" on every line... - you can/should also directly do the same edit on custom-convert.conf as it is not regenerated.
if you look in the inguz log.txt file you can see the problem... and also check to see if your edits fix it...
