If anyone thinks they can sort this out over the phone, I am MORE than willing to give my number out or call. I would much rather keep this device than dealing with returning it/waiting for shipping label. I also believe that is has to be a simple solution. After talking to the Help Center at Logitech and doing all the resets, I have no alternative but to return upon their request since it could not be solved with a tecnician over the phone.
