Hi, mosmortium is definitely wrong. It would be interesting to know what would be best for most users and why the guidelines are the way they are. I like the guidelines as they are, but maybe others would like to see some changes. As far as I'm concerned, the guidelines can be changed, though that would mean I'd have to rely more on local packages, which I'd regret. What's important to me, though, is a clear policy.
