The computer is for the pilots that do not have a laptop and possibly for 
the printer.

Not going to use it as a server as for Cup week pilots load direct to the 
OLC that is how we score.

Most likely we will set up email so that pilots can email their declared 
task or IGC files.

We are contemplating no OLC upload no launch the next day until upload.
