I meant hopefully soon there will be a built in way for Away3D. Also I don't know how easily it is to access the bitmap of the Away3D phong etc render and just output that for reuse later.
Right now I use Lightwave to do the baking. Once I set up a scene, I can reuse the lights etc, and just swap out the object if I want the same lights on all things. Using a 3D app might not be the fastest way, but it might be the best render you can get. Maybe soon it can be done easily in Away3D with a really good render. But a simple/fast way like I mentioned about (grabbing the bitmap of the phong etc) seems like it should be possible now. -Pete On Mon, Mar 9, 2009 at 12:13 PM, mogg <[email protected]> wrote: > > Pete, > > Thank you for the recommendation.
