In order to get better baked texture I wanted to break down a single
object (a room) into a few UV Maps (floor, walls, etc...). Render them
as separate images and assemble things back in Prefab. The .obj format
can only handle one UV Map per object and that UV Map has to include
all the vertices (no partial map). That's according to several posts
on Modo's forums. The best multi-uv format would be DAE or 3DS (no
exported from Modo to 3DS).

I am running Prefab on os X, but the updates sound exciting!

I know you guys are busy, so no worries. This is not urgent and I can
work my way around. Here's quick demo of a Modo > Obj > Prefab > AS3
workflow. The texture quality sucks considering the render quality in
Modo! But it works great as a workflow.

Thank you,
