hee hee, i'm guessing Kim is crying at the suggestion that the URL would
change when the programme "moves" between catchup, commercial, and
archive...
 
the URL should remain the constant & the same forever, surely?
 
(though, agreed, "should be" & "will be" are very different beasts)
