i suggest to canchel as well and anounce it asap. if anyone has booked a flight from outside already we should take care about them, maybe have some drinks, eat, etc. also if they like some sessions in hackerspace it should be available. if at all i'm sure there are not more than a handful who booked already. anyone has an idea who booked a flight already?
