- quickly update the website - send a well crafted yet simple message to everyone already registered - send the same note to all associated mailing lists - extend a warm hand to those who may feel disenfranchised through the urgent cancellation how can we come together and support the organizers in quickly, effectively and without further sidetracking a smooth cancellation at this late stage? __________________________________ j.
