You sure about that? I couldn't, say, edit on my machine at work, and also be connected to one or more of my machines via VNC or Apple Remote Desktop, and using the same license on those hosts? You could hair-split and say that it still isn't concurrent use because I can only type in one window at a time. But I don't think that's a fair reading of the license.
