BBEdit's license does allow you (the licensed person) to use it on two
machines simultaneously. (In practice, we don't mind if you also install
BBEdit on more machines, provided you're doing so only for your own use.)

That is a completely acceptable practice and, under any normal conditions,
BBEdit will not object.
