Good questions, all. The plan is that the UI will list the controller as a player in the Choose Player menu. An SBC connected to an SC will be automatically recognized as both a player and a controller. I believe you should be able to connect the controller to a different player while the SBC-player is also streaming audio. I don't think which music source the two are connected to need to be the same (caveat: I've been wrong before).
