Hi Steven, that helped me to figure it out. If I arrange my folders
like this, it works :-
F:\
|__Blender
|__blender // <-- This is Blender !!
|__lib
whereas previously I'd arranged them like this (which doesn't work) :-
F:\
|__Blender // <-- This was Blender !!
|__lib
