I have two good jackets that work well in cooler weather. The Showers Pass Elite 2.0 is a great cool weather (below 65) waterproof jacket. I also wear an Ibex wool Shak jacket which is not sold as a rain jacket but sheads water pretty well and breathes very well. I've not found any jacket or pants that don't feel too hot by the time it hits 70; and by 80 I'm pretty much Ok with just getting wet.
