I once witnessed Phil van Valkenbergh pedalling a one-speed bike with sidecar
(tag: "The Queen of Sheba") with a 1/4 barrel of beer from Sprecher Brewery to
old County Stadium, so this setup looks very efficient by comparison.
For one thing, the Hopworksfiets operator apparently does not need to duct tape
his feet to the pedals as Phil did. I hope this bike also generates a smoother
ride than Phil's rig did, as the beer was rather foamy by the time we got to
the Brewer game. There are some who have never quite forgiven Phil for that.
