2 things in this article are not clear: * "with University traffic having a green light at Randall." This presumably refers to Westbound traffic. Did Eastbound also have a green? or did the cylist go through a red light? In any case, the cyclist apparently did not have a headlight, which might have prevented this crash. Its pretty dark now at 7pm.
* "University Avenue is one-way westbound in that stretch, but there's a two-way bike lane on the south edge of the street." This is just stupid. The Eastbound bike lane is not 2-way.
