Can/should the rendered html include use of 'BASE' directive or similar, for
such devs'-sandbox versions of the book, so that such links do still work ok?


(Anyway, that's the last of the bunch of feedbacks - apols for the
criss-crossing, tho' _was_ trying to not just brain-dump the feedback.)
