I haven't looked at the program, but I'm assuming it converts to a text file? 
The user account should not be an issue. If you've gotten this far take the 
few minutes and learn to make a user account. *This is a must*. And if I 
recall one of the first steps in the BLFS book. I'll repeat: Create the user 
account as soon as possible.

What's stopping you from using this unhtml program on whichever system you are 
using to post to this list, then transferring the files to the mentioned 
partition?
