It has nothing to do with jaws. Maria conveyed her suggestion because another lister named Dave passed it on to her on another list. I don't think she can answer your question. Your problem is not gone at all because these problems are random and this is a known Windows 7 bug. I have been trying desperately to give people valid information regarding this problem, but for whatever reason blind people seem to be especially unwilling to research these things on their own and take suggestions on these lists as 100% irrefutable fact. You seem thirsty for knowledge, and I urge you to run a search for this problem on Windows 7 forums. At this point there is nothing more I can do other than showing you to the water. Andre
